SLEEPY TIME YOGA
Kids  wear your  pajamas to this special Friday night class! Soothe your child before bed time. Join us for gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with calming breathing and visualization techniques. Milk and cookies will be
served. Ages 3 to 12.

FAMILY FUN YOGA
So much fun for everyone!  Parter poses are emphasized in this class.
